Bag Policy

One of the following bags is permitted.
Bags will be inspected prior to entry. Medically necessary items permitted after inspection.

Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that does not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”.

Small clutch purse or wallet 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller, with or without a strap.

Code of Conduct

 

The Pinnacle Bank Arena Guest Code of Conduct is designed to help all guests attending events at our arena enjoy the experience responsibly. Pinnacle Bank Arena and our promoters ask the guests to assist us in creating an enjoyable and safe environment by:

  1. Respecting each other as well as our arena team members
  2. Consuming alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner
  3. Not displaying indecent or obscene messages on clothing
  4. Refraining from fighting, horseplay, excessive taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures
  5. Not creating a disruption to the progress of the event by behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal
  6. Do not throw any objects in the direction of the stage.
  7. Not accessing areas without a proper ticket, pass, and/or credential, or misusing tickets, passes, and/or credentials
  8. Following instructions from arena team members regarding arena operations and emergency procedures
  9. Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow peers, referees, or opposing team fans and players
  10. Not using offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault

Our Security team manages all lost and found items. Please contact Security at security@pinnaclebankarena.com or 402-904-5666. Items are typically held for 30 days before being donated or discarded.

Accessibility, Medical Assistance, and Emergencies

Do you have wheelchairs available?

Pinnacle Bank Arena provides wheelchair transportation for guests who need assistance to and from their seats. This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs are for transport use only and cannot serve as event seating. Guests in need of assistance during an event should contact the nearest Guest Services staff member.

Where are First Aid and Guest Services located?

Our First Aid and Guest Services stations are located on the main concourse behind section 112.

Where are AED devices located?

Each level of Pinnacle Bank Arena is equipped with an automated external defibrillator (AED), which can save lives in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. There is one AED located on the event level, three on the concourse levels, and one on the administration level for a total of five in the building. In an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.

What is your emergency evacuation policy?

Pinnacle Bank Arena staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Key employees are assigned to assist patrons with disabilities in ensuring their safety.

Food & Beverage

Do you have gluten-free food available?

Yes, we offer several gluten-free food options. Visit our Food & Beverage page for details. 

What forms of payment can I use at concession stands and bars?

Pinnacle Bank Arena concession stands and bars are cashless. We accept all credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, and Downtown Lincoln Gift Cards.

What is your alcohol policy?

The sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21 is prohibited. Guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID as proof of age when purchasing alcohol at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Alcohol sales may be limited to two drinks per person, per transaction. Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or whose behavior is disruptive to others.

Venue Policies

Are cameras allowed at Pinnacle Bank Arena events?

Cameras with professional-grade or detachable lenses are not allowed. Audio and video recording is not allowed. Camera policies may vary by event and are subject to change. Please refer to the individual event page for the camera policy for each show.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes/vaping, is not permitted in all public areas at Pinnacle Bank Arena, including the arena and concourse. A designated outdoor smoking area is on the Capitol Terrace and Stadium Terrace, located on the main concourse.

Can I distribute flyers or handouts?

The distribution of promotional items, handbills, fliers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Pinnacle Bank Arena property without prior written authorization.

Tickets & Ticket Office

Where can I buy tickets, and what are the ticket office hours?

I have had an injury/surgery since I purchased my tickets. How do I exchange my tickets for accessible seats?

Please use your original tickets to enter the arena. Once inside, visit the Advance Tickets window and explain your situation to our Ticket Office staff. They will relocate you to the best of their ability, subject to availability.

Can I request a ticket donation?

We actively collaborate with non-profit organizations or individuals to provide ticket donations when applicable. See our Community & Sustainability page to make a ticket donation request.

I have tickets, but forgot my phone. What do I do?

Visit the Ticket Office for assistance. You'll need to provide a form of ID and verification information previously entered in your Ticketmaster or AXS account.

Do you sell gift cards?

To purchase a gift card that can be used at Pinnacle Bank Arena concession stands & bars, purchase a Downtown Lincoln Gift Card. To purchase a gift card that can be used for tickets to events where Ticketmaster is the authorized ticketing platform, purchase Ticketmaster Gift Cards.

How do I subscribe to event updates, discounts, and presale access emails?

Can I purchase presale tickets at the Ticket Office?

Presale tickets are available online only. The ticket office begins selling tickets for an event starting the first ticket office business day after that event's public onsale. The ticket office is open on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00AM – 6:00PM.

Can I purchase Nebraska Basketball tickets at the Ticket Office?

Husker Basketball tickets may be purchased at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office when doors open, typically 90 minutes prior to tipoff. For advance ticket purchases, visit Huskers.com or the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office at 800 Stadium Drive in Lincoln.

What additional Premium Seating options are available at Pinnacle Bank Arena?

Do you have special group rates for tickets at Pinnacle Bank Arena?

Can I purchase tickets for other venues tickets at Pinnacle Bank Arena?

Only tickets for Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater events are available for purchase at the Ticket Office.

Families & Guest Services

Do children need a ticket?

 For most events, children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket if they sit on an adult’s lap. If a child will need their own seat, a ticket is required.
 Please note:
 • This policy does not apply to Nebraska men’s and women’s basketball games.
• Some children’s shows (such as Sesame Street Live) may require a ticket for children over 1 year of age.

Do you have an area for nursing mothers?

Pinnacle Bank Arena is proud to support nursing parents with a Mamava lactation suite—an easy, private space to pump or nurse during events. Sponsored by Bryan Health and the West Haymarket JPA, the suite includes seating for two, a fold-down table, a power outlet, soft lighting, and a mirror.
To use the suite, please visit Event Staff in the North Lobby for access. The Nursing Nook is located on the main concourse in the northeast corner.

What types of restrooms are available?

Pinnacle Bank Arena has 500 stalls among 36 restroom locations throughout the venue (16 women’s, 16 men’s), plus 4 family restrooms. All restrooms are ADA-compliant.

Do you have a coat check?

Pinnacle Bank Arena does not offer coat check services.
