Pinewood Bowl Theater is committed to ensuring every guest can fully enjoy the beauty of live entertainment in our outdoor setting. We strive to make our venue accessible and welcoming for all visitors through thoughtful accommodations and ongoing improvements.

Wheelchair Accessibility & Service
Wheelchair-accessible seats are available at all price levels for events. Three companion tickets may be purchased with each wheelchair-accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating.
Wheelchair service: Pinewood Bowl Theater offers wheelchair assistance to and from guests' seats. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be used as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please contact the nearest event staff member.
ADA Parking
Attendees can indicate to the parking attendants upon arrival at the West Van Dorn Street entrance that they will require handicapped parking. Parking attendants will then direct attendees to the handicapped parking area.
Accessible Vehicle Drop-Off
Access to the drop-off location is at the front gate entrance into Pinewood Bowl Theater.
Audio Devices
Listening devices are not available at Pinewood Bowl Theater.
Sign Interpreters
Pinewood Bowl Theater is pleased to provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received no less than two weeks before the event and approved by the performer. To make a request, please email boxoffice@pinnaclebankarena.com.
