Bag Policy
One of the following bags is permitted.
Bags will be inspected prior to entry. Medically necessary items permitted after inspection.
Clear Bag
Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that does not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”.
Freezer Bag
One clear plastic gallon freezer bag (Ziplock or similar).
Clutch/Wallet
Small clutch purse or wallet 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller, with or without a strap.

Water Bottles
Patrons may bring in one clear, soft-sided plastic/disposable water bottle (sealed or empty) up to 24 oz per person. Hard-sided or rigid plastic bottles are not permitted and are part of our prohibited items list. Soft-sided bottles include disposable single-use bottles or flexible plastic bottles. A water refill station is available inside the venue.

Are chairs provided at Pinewood Bowl Theater?
For reserved seating events, chairs will be provided. The seat is a plastic folding chair. Guests are not permitted to bring in their own seating.
For general admission events, there will be no assigned seating, and Pinewood Bowl will be open on the lawn without seats. With space permitting, limited seating may be available in the back of the lawn area for general admission shows. Please visit the event pages on this site for show-specific seating/chair information.
Are concessions available for purchase?
Yes, concessions are available for purchase at Pinewood Bowl Theater. See our Concessions page for more info.
Our concession stands accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, and Downtown Lincoln Gift Cards. Cash and checks are not accepted.
Do you offer beer/alcoholic beverages?
Yes, these beverages will be on sale at age-appropriate events to adults 21 years of age and older with proper ID. Sales of beer and other alcoholic beverages will be conducted inside Pinewood Bowl Theater only during select events.

What time do doors open before an event?
The doors to Pinewood Bowl Theater generally open 1 hour before the event. Show-specific information will be posted on this website. Attendees to concerts can only enter Pioneers Park & use the lot during public park hours from 6 AM to 11 PM. Please use the West Van Dorn Street entrance.
Is there an ATM available?
There is no ATM on site at Pinewood Bowl Theater. Our concession stands are cashless, and we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Can I bring in my own water bottle?

Where can I buy tickets?
There are multiple ways to purchase tickets for Pinewood Bowl Theater events:
- Ticketmaster.com or the Official Ticketmaster app. Tickets are subject to additional fees.
- Tickets can be purchased at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11AM-6 PM. Additional fees may apply to purchases at the Ticket Office. Fees for purchases at the Ticket Office are lower than those for online purchases.
Pinewood Bowl Theater events are mobile ticket delivery only. Your mobile phone is your ticket, and physical tickets will not be issued.
How do I access mobile tickets?
How can I pay for tickets?
Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, debit cards, and cash.
Not Accepted: Checks, Ticketmaster gift cards, and Downtown Lincoln Gift Cards.
What are ticket office hours?
Prior to event day, tickets can be purchased at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11AM–6PM.
On event day, the Pinewood Bowl Theater ticket office opens 1 hour before doors open.

Will a show be canceled if there’s bad weather?
All shows are rain or shine. We actively monitor the weather on event days and take the safety of our guests, staff, and working personnel very seriously. If the weather becomes a risk, best efforts will be made to communicate and provide guests the opportunity to adapt or take cover as they see fit. Ponchos, raincoats, and trash bags are allowed; however, umbrellas and tarps are prohibited. Please monitor our social media channels for the latest show updates.
Is smoking allowed at Pinewood Bowl Theater?
There is a designated area inside Pinewood Bowl Theater where patrons can smoke.
Is camping allowed at Pioneers Park?
Overnight camping is not permitted at Pinewood Bowl Theater or anywhere in Pioneers Park. For info on camping in the area, visit Nebraska Game & Parks or call 402.471.1414.
Can I bring my camera to concerts?
Camera policies can vary according to each concert. Non-professional cameras are generally allowed. This is a show-specific policy as determined by the artist; please visit the individual event page for more information. Audio and video recording equipment is not allowed.
Is parking available?
Attendees to concerts can enter Pioneers Park and use the lot during public park hours from 6AM to 11PM. Please use the West Van Dorn Street entrance.
Can I tailgate in the parking areas before an event?
You’re welcome to have a picnic in the parking areas before an event. However, no alcohol is allowed in parking areas. Please respect the rights of others and always clean up after your activity to keep Pioneers Park beautiful.
What is your re-entry policy?
For the safety of our patrons, once a person exits Pinewood Bowl Theater, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
Where is the rideshare drop-off/pickup location?
Rideshare vehicles may enter Pioneers Park through the 3201 S Coddington east gate. A parking attendant will direct traffic. Passengers will be dropped off at the triangular intersection east of Pinewood Bowl, and the rideshare vehicle will loop around and exit through the east gate. After the show, pickup will be at the same location east of Pinewood Bowl.
Where is ADA parking located?
Attendees can indicate to the parking attendants upon arrival at the West Van Dorn Street entrance that they require handicapped parking. Parking attendants will then direct attendees to the area reserved for handicapped parking patrons.

Can someone help me find my seat?
Yes, our event staff is trained to make your visit safe and enjoyable. Staff members are easy to find and are positioned throughout the facility wearing identifiable clothing. Don’t hesitate to ask them for assistance whenever necessary.
Do children get in free?
Kids under 2 years old are free if seated on a lap.
