Pinnacle Bank Arena is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests. The venue meets or exceeds all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), with accessible seating, restrooms, parking, elevators, concession counters, drinking fountains, ATMs, and services available throughout the arena.
Accessible Seating & Tickets
Accessible seating is located throughout the arena, with wheelchair-accessible seating and companion seats available at all price levels. Up to three companion tickets may be purchased per wheelchair seat. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require wheelchair-accessible seating.
For accessible seating assistance, email boxoffice@pinnaclebankarena.com at least two weeks before your event.

For Basketball
Accessible parking is available in the Gate 4 lot on the north side of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Price varies and can be paid by credit/debit card only.

For Other Events
Accessible parking is available in the premium parking garage on a first-come, first-served basis. Price varies and can be paid by credit/debit card only.

Public Parking
Reserved parking is available online at parkandgo.org for the Red Garage directly across the street from the arena for all events.
Assistive Services
Wheelchair Assistance
Pinnacle Bank Arena provides wheelchair transportation for guests who need assistance to and from their seats. This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs are for transport use only and cannot serve as event seating. Guests in need of assistance during an event should contact the nearest Guest Services staff member.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available for select events. Guests may borrow them free of charge from the Guest Services Office behind Section 112 with a valid ID.
Sign Language Interpretation
Pinnacle Bank Arena is pleased to provide signed performances for our guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice. Please email boxoffice@pinnaclebankarena.com with requests.
Sensory Pod & KultureCity Program
Pinnacle Bank Arena is a KultureCity® Certified Sensory Inclusive Venue, designed to create a more accommodating and positive experience for guests with sensory sensitivities.
- Guests can download the KultureCity App to explore sensory features and preview events before attending
- Sensory bags, including noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, communication cue cards, and comfort items, are available at Guest Services.
- A dedicated Sensory Pod—a calming, enclosed space—is available for guests to take a break in a controlled environment.

Service Animals
Pinnacle Bank Arena welcomes guests who use service animals in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Nebraska law. Service animals are permitted in all areas of the arena where guests are normally allowed. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times.
A service animal may be asked to leave if it is out of control, and/or the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if the animal is not housebroken. If this occurs, the guest may remain in the arena without the animal. No additional fees are charged for service animals.
Medical Assistance
First aid services are available at the main concourse behind Section 112. For emergencies, please contact the nearest Guest Services staff member.
