Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Concessions Attendant for ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena & Pinewood. Responsible for – operating the concession stand in accordance with ASM’s policies and procedures and is responsible for providing a quality product to patrons in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner and utilizing our Guest Service Standards and Responsible Alcohol Service in all transactions.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follows Concession Manager/Supervisor’s assignments for opening procedures and food preparation.
  • Prepares food and beverage items using proper procedures and sanitation guidelines.
  • Is cost conscious, does not over-portion and records all waste.
  • Keeps work area and equipment neat and clean.
  • Properly cleans equipment and follows the Concession Manager/Supervisor’s closing instructions.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Summary

The Building Engineering Worker works with the Engineering Manager to ensure all building equipment is in proper working order, and assists the Operations department with other assigned tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring proper operation of all building equipment 
  • Perform routine maintenance including but not limited to: HVAC/Mechanical/Plumbing systems, minor electrical, exhaust fans/motors, lighting systems, etc.
  • Minor repairs of kitchen and food service equipment
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance of building systems
  • Ability to learn and manage building automation system
  • Minor vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Research of supplies/parts and materials and inventory control of stock items
  • Upkeep and maintenance of building equipment with coordination of Engineering Manager.
  • Assist and facilitate maintenance of wall and surface finishes to include drywall and  masonry / painted and applied finishes

The Warehouse Runner assists the Warehouse Supervisor in delivering product orders to the concession stands. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Presents a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accepts job responsibilities
  • Delivers appropriate stock to all concession stands, portables and commissaries
  • Learns correct containers and food products used in portables and stands
  • Properly cleans commissaries, concession stands and portables, as assigned

  • Participate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events (setting up and tearing down flooring, portable chairs, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings and equipment).
  • Perform varies duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met including, but not limited to, loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal area and replenishing supplies.
  • Report irregularities, discrepancies, safety or damage concerns or loss of property promptly to Operations Supervisor.
  • Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Under general supervision, responsible for cleaning and waste/trash disposal of an assigned area. Maintain all areas inside and outside of the building including but not limited to restrooms, hallways, arena attic, locker room, sidewalks, parking landscape, both during an event and nonevent times. This includes but is not limited to replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal and sorting, vacuuming, washing, lawn work, snow and ice removal. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the general building and ground in a safe and clean manner.
  • Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks as required or assigned. 
  • Empty trash and wastebaskets. 
  • Transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas, and sort recycling as needed.
  • Operate custodial equipment and other related equipment as required.
  • Set-up & tear-down of tables and chairs for events.
  • Assist with event clean-up.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
  • Clean and sanitized other public areas around the premises.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal.
  • Assist with landscape maintenance.

This position is an essential position in implementing and monitoring procedures to ensure that proper inventory is in all Food & Beverage locations. The position will assist management in the audit of all concession areas related to inventory movement for the integrity and accuracy.  This individual will lead the counts in a program to identify and eliminate any problems found in daily inventory counts and assist the warehouse with their inventory control procedures. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely.
  • Coordinate the End of Month inventory count process.  This includes entering inventory counts, reviewing discrepancies, spot check recounts.
  • Verify transfers in and out of warehouse for accuracy.
  • Data entry of all invoices within a Purchase Order software
  • Assist in maintaining Point of Sale system on a daily basis
  • Reads & understands a concession stand worksheet
  • Verifies signatures, item totals, and amounts on the stand worksheet
  • Retrieve information from the stand folders for data entry
  • Maintain reports & prints required reports
  • Assist with the distribution of folders & worksheets for the next game day

This position is essential in daily Management of the Food and Beverage Concessions Department at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl.  Including; Oversight & Management of Warehouse Operations, Concessions Management, Hiring, Staffing, Training, NPO Groups, Cash Room Management, Inventory, Financials & Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting and any reports required by the Food & Beverage Director, Property General Manager, or Finance Director.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee Recruiting, Hiring and Training all Food & Beverage Concessions/Warehouse Managers and Supervisors.
  • Serves as a direct Supervisor for the F&B Concessions Managers and Supervisors and others as may be determined.  Also will fulfill the role of Director of F&B in his absence. 
  • Supports the Kitchen as well as the Catering/Premium Departments with Equipment Needs, POS and Purchasing.
  • Ensure proper hiring and training of all Food & Beverage Attendants, Cashiers, Bartenders, & Warehouse Personnel.
  • Ensure planning, assigning, and directing work for employees, and non-profit groups is conducted in a timely manner.
  • Ensures hands on supervision of concessions employees and non-profit employees by Concessions Managers.
  • Attend weekly Food & Beverage meeting and Arena Operations meeting.
  • Maintains POS Database and System and act as the Account Administrator.
  • Oversee the process to maintain all Food & Beverage Equipment to include; cleanliness, scheduled PMs, annual maintenance, and forecasted replacement equipment listed based upon depreciation and/or need.  Bid out new Equipment.
  • Maintains a comprehensive Food & Beverage Equipment Inventory including all Small wares completed annually.
  • Ensure proper compliance with local Health Department and SAVOR…Safe Beverage regulations are followed.
  • Must maintain current Health Department certifications, Savor certifications and State certifications.
  • Must maintain current Manager ServSafe, Alcohol ServSafe and Allergens ServSafe.
  • Be creative regarding F&B selection, pricing, merchandising, and marketing.

Summary

  • Manages concierge during specific events to resolve customer-related issues

  • Maintain dishwashing machine and report any mechanical faults to Executive Chef or Sous Chef

  • Washes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware and kitchen items using dish machines or by hand
  • Places clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas after they have air-dried

Under general supervision of the Technology Manager, you will be working in an IT & AV environment like few others. This is a challenging and fast paced Industry where no two days are the same.
  • You will be exposed to a unique blend of the IT and AV worlds, along with enjoying a variety of Concerts/Basketball/Misc. Events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with Repair/Inventory of all Network Equipment including PCs & Laptops/Peripherals/Servers/Switches.
  • Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365 and a variety of other programs.
  • Provide assistance in Window Server 2012/2016/2019 Management.
  • Work with IT/AV related Software/Hardware.  StadiumVision Software, DMPs and 300+ TVs.
  • Work with PBA WiFi Networks.  200+ AP Software/Hardware.
  • Work with Scoreboard/Ribbon Board Click-Effects Software/Hardware.  
  • Work with Musco Sports Lighting and Sound Software/Hardware, along with AV Managers as needed.
  • Update and maintain Cisco VoIP Phone Systems.
  • Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, Holidays and weekends, as needed.

Box Office Manager

Summary

  • ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Box Office Manager for Pinnacle Bank Arena. This position oversees ticket sales and all aspects of box office operation.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Directs and oversees the internal control of daily operations as outlined in the SMG Box Office Manual.
  • Coordinates all event information between the promoter, facility personnel and the ticket company in a timely manner.
  • Works with event promoter and appropriate personnel to establish ticket pricing and seating configuration.
  • Builds and modifies all computer ticket events and issues computer access codes to facility management.
  • Coordinates with event promoters to establish the house scale for all ticket events.
  • Maintains communication with ticket company representatives for updates and/or revisions in computer operations.
  • Monitors daily ticket sales for all upcoming events and communicates information to the Director and promoter representative.
  • Prepares cash bank and daily accurate inventory of all tickets distributed and available for sale.
  • Prepares and presents the final box office statement for settlement of each event.
  • Responds to customer complaints and service requests to maintain a positive rapport with the ticket buying public.
  • Establishes files on each event that consist of seats on-hold for the building and promoter, complimentary ticket vouchers, event audits and ticket inventory schedules.
  • Assists or sells tickets as needed.
  • Opens and/or closes ticket window as required.
  • Accurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons; accepts payment and makes change accurately.
  • Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets or accesses computer for count of computer printed tickets.
  • Maintains accurate record of daily balance of cash received, tickets sold and change bank/vault.
  • Fills reservations for seats by telephone or mail, handles Will-Call window according to procedures or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance.  
  • Maintains accurate count of tickets sold, money received from ticket sellers and change banks.
  • Prepares and submits a daily report of business transactions.
  • Makes bank deposits.

Summary

  • ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Event Security for ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Event Security report to the Event Services Manager and is responsible for patrolling all areas of arena property and parking lots, securing doors, ensuring the safety of all guests, employees, and contract labor while on premises, and securing property during move in/out of trade shows, conventions, or events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stand guard during events.  Tour post periodically to ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants, and others on premises.
  • Handle any disturbances or problems that arise during events at the facility.  If necessary, and in conjunction with local law enforcement, escort disruptive individuals off the premises.
  • Report incidents to supervisor so incident report can be written.
  • Inspect premises for signs of intrusion or tampering.
  • Tour facility, examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure that they are secure.
  • Assist with crowd control inside and outside of arena.
  • Assist in the control of unusual circumstances and events during fire, storms, riots, and other emergencies.
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations-answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Act in a professional manner with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment.
  • Ensure that every client, patron, and vendor receives the best services possible.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
