About The Event

Nebraska's largest Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) producer, Dynasty Combat Sports (DC), presents its 81st MMA event, the return of cage fighting in Nebraska — the Summer Showdown event at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Saturday, August 29, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

The Pro main event will see Nebraska top prospect Haris Talundzic, training out of the famed Tristar Gym in Canada, home of UFC great Georges St-Pierre, in his second pro fight after an impressive pro debut win at Pinnacle Bank Arena in December. The amateur Main event will see a rematch from a fight over two years ago between Ashland's Cole Washburn and Lincoln's Ray Evans for the Amateur Featherweight Title. The 10  fights currently scheduled under the Nebraska Athletic Commission COVID Social Distancing Program will feature fan favorites Mason Shepard versus Andrew Herrera, Grand Island native Jesse Lee taking on Lincoln's own Troy McCune and a #1 contender amateur featherweight match between Aurora's Tanner Wonch and Omaha's Justin Middleton. Also, the debuts of Seth Styskal vs. Oscar Cervantes and Andrew Sommers taking on Travis Anderson. Finally, an exciting amateur flyweight match between Conner Jorgensen and  Juan De La Cruz. And an amateur heavyweight contender contest featuring Cam Ross vs. Levi Casey will round out the card.

UFC fighters such as Darrick Minner, Drew Dober, and Grant Dawson had all competed many times in the DC Cage in their careers.  Dynasty Combat Sports is sponsored by the Nebraska Lottery and sanctioned by The Nebraska Athletic Commission.

    TICKET DELIVERY: Pinnacle Bank Arena tickets purchased online will be mobile delivery, postal mail or will call. Tickets can be purchased at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Innovative Pain & Spine Ticket Office the next business day after the public on sale. Tickets purchased at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Innovative Pain & Spine Ticket Office will receive a printed physical ticket.

    MOBILE TICKETS: When Mobile Entry is selected at checkout, your mobile phone is your ticket. Your tickets will not be available for print or emailed to you. To access your ticket(s):  Download the Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster.com on your mobile phone; login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your tickets; tap and show at the entrance into the event.     Mobile Entry Is Easy
    We recommend viewing your Mobile Entry tickets prior to arriving to your event. The Ticketmaster App will save your ticket(s) and will allow you to view them in the event, even if you lose internet access. See Example Here. If you're using the Ticketmaster mobile internet site instead of the Ticketmaster App, you will also be given the option to save your tickets if viewed prior to losing internet connection.

    THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR STAFF, CLIENTS, AND GUESTS ARE OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE. WE WILL BE IMPLEMENTING NEW PROCEDURES TO HELP MITIGATE THE RISKS OF CONTRACTING COVID-19

    FACE COVERINGS
    All attendees will need a face covering to enter and face coverings must be worn throughout the event covering the mouth and nose. Please bring your own face covering.

    AMENITIES
    Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue.

    CLEANING
    The venue will be cleaned and sanitized.
    Dedicated cleaning staff will be responsible for high touchpoints including handrails and restrooms.

    STAFF
    Staff will be subject to undergo health screenings including temperature checks upon arrival of their shift. All staff will be wearing face coverings.

    FOOD & BEVERAGE
    Pre-wrapped or packaged concessions items, individual packet condiments, and packaged utensils along with sealed-container beverages will be available. 

    CLEAR BAG POLICY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
    Pinnacle Bank Arena is a CLEAR BAG POLICY venue. CLEAR BAGS and small clutch-sized purses are only allowed at entry. To view clear bag policy and list of prohibited items, visit http://bit.ly/PBApolicy.

    NO RE-ENTRY
    For your safety, once a person exits Pinnacle Bank Arena, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

    CAMERAS
    Cell phone photos are permitted. No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses. No audio or video allowed.

    NO OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
    No outside food or beverage brought into the venue. 

    NO WATER BOTTLES
    No water bottles brought into the venue. 

    NO WEAPONS
    No weapons including pocket knives or tasers. Those items will not be permitted in the doors.

    ADDITIONAL RESTRICTED ITEMS
    No signs. No strollers, car seats, child booster seats. No selfie sticks. No iPads. No laptops.
