    Game Day Ticket Office Hours:
    The ticket office opens 1 and 1/2 hours before the game begins and will sell University of Nebraska basketball tickets only. Non-basketball events at Pinnacle Bank Arena will not be available for purchase on game days.

    Policies: 
    The University of Nebraska Ticket Office reserves the right to revoke the license granted by the ticket by refunding the price printed thereon. The Athletic Department is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Smoking or Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Date and time are subject to change.

    CASHLESS AT CONCESSION STANDS
    Starting September 1, 2021, we have gone all cashless at our concession stands and bars. 

    CLEAR BAG POLICY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
    Pinnacle Bank Arena is a CLEAR BAG POLICY venue. CLEAR BAGS and small clutch-sized purses are allowed at entry. Medical equipment and/or baby/toddler-related items will be permitted in a non-clear bag but subject to search upon entry.     ARRIVE EARLY
    Arrive early as fans will be required to pass through security metal detectors upon entry to the venue.

    ALCOHOL
    Beer and alcoholic drinks are available to purchase throughout Pinnacle Bank Arena during Men’s and Women’s UNL basketball games.  Anyone wanting to purchase alcohol must have a wristband designating that they are at least 21 years of age.  Anyone who appears to be under the age of 35 will be required to present a valid government issued photo ID for service.  There is a limit of two alcoholic drinks per person, per transaction.  Anyone misrepresenting their age to obtain alcohol or anyone providing alcohol to someone under 21 years of age will be immediately ejected from the Arena and criminally prosecuted.  Anyone appearing intoxicated will be denied service and will be ejected from the Arena.  ASM Global-SAVOR reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to anyone at its sole discretion.

    CAMERAS
    Cell phone photos are permitted. No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses. No audio or video allowed.

    NO OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
    No outside food or beverage brought into the venue. 

    NO WATER BOTTLES
    No water bottles brought into the venue. 

    NO WEAPONS
    No weapons including pocket knives and tasers. These items will be confiscated and not returned.

    ADDITIONAL RESTRICTED ITEMS
    No signs. No selfie sticks. No iPads.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

The Pinnacle Bank Arena Guest Code of Conduct was developed for all guests attending events at our arena to enjoy the experience in a responsible manner. Pinnacle Bank Arena and our promoters ask the guests to assist us in creating an enjoyable and safe environment by:

  1. Respecting each other as well as our arena team members

  2. Consuming alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner

  3. Not displaying indecent or obscene messages on clothing

  4. Refraining from fighting, horseplay, excessive taunting or threatening remarks or gestures

  5. Not creating a disruption to the progress of the event by behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal

  6. Do not throw any objects in the direction of the stage.

  7. Not accessing areas without a proper ticket, pass and/or credential or misusing tickets, passes and/or credentials

  8. Following instructions from arena team members regarding arena operations and emergency procedures

  9. Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow peers, referees or opposing team fans and players

  10. Not using offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault
