ACCESSING & ADDING YOUR 3-DAY PACKAGE TICKETS TO MOBILE WALLET

1. On a mobile browser, visit pbalogin.com
2. Go to the top right of the web page and tap “Sign In,” then proceed to sign in with your Ticketmaster account.
3. Tap "My Events," select an event session and click "View Event Details"
4. Select one of your seats and tap "Add to Wallet"
5. Repeat steps 1–4 for all sessions

TICKET DELIVERY FOR 3-DAY PACKAGE TICKETS
Pinnacle Bank Arena tickets purchased online through Account Manager will be mobile delivery. Your mobile phone is your ticket. Your tickets will not be available for print or emailed to you.

MOBILE ENTRY IS EASY FOR 3-DAY PACKAGE TICKETS
We recommend viewing your Mobile Entry 3-Day Package tickets before arriving at your event. Through Account Manager, you are given the option to save your tickets to your mobile wallet before the event in case you lose your internet connection.

SINGLE-DAY MOBILE ENTRY IS EASY
We recommend viewing your Mobile Entry tickets before arriving at your event. The Ticketmaster App will save your Single-Day ticket(s) and will allow you to view them in the event, even if you lose internet access. See Example Here. If you're using the Ticketmaster mobile internet site instead of the Ticketmaster App, you will also be given the option to save your Single-Day tickets if viewed before losing internet connection. 

HELPFUL HINT:  Prior to the public on-sale, please go NOW to Ticketmaster.com or log into the Ticketmaster App on your mobile device to create an account or refresh your existing Ticketmaster account for a quicker purchasing experience. You can also add your ticket(s) to your phone’s “wallet.” Be sure your mobile phone has a fully charged battery.

The Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office will open 90 minutes before doors each day.

Effective September 1, 2021, our concession stands and bars are cashless. We accept all credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, and Downtown Lincoln Gift Cards.

Pinnacle Bank Arena will utilize new gate screening technology. The walk-thru frictionless technology should provide a more efficient gate screening process and enhance patron safety. The arena has secured the same gate screening technology that Nebraska Athletics introduced at Memorial Stadium before the 2024 football season. 

The new gate scanners have no impact on Pinnacle Bank Arena’s Clear Bag Policy, which remains in place for all events. 

- Clear tote bag no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" (one tote is allowed per ticket holder)
- One-gallon clear plastic bag
- Small purses, clutches, wallets that aren't clear and no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
- View the clear bag policy and list of prohibited items. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

CAMERAS
Cell phone photos are permitted. No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses. No audio or video allowed.

SIGNS
Signs are welcome at AVCA First Serve! Please note: No sticks, poles, or handles may be attached. Security will check both sides of every sign at the entry to ensure nothing vulgar or inappropriate is displayed.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
No outside food or beverages are allowed into the venue. 

NO WATER BOTTLES
No water bottles are allowed into the venue. 

NO WEAPONS
No weapons, including pocket knives and tasers. No pepper spray/mace. These items will be confiscated and not returned.

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTED ITEMS
No selfie sticks. No iPads.

The Pinnacle Bank Arena Guest Code of Conduct was developed for all guests attending events at our arena to enjoy the experience in a responsible manner. Pinnacle Bank Arena and our promoters ask the guests to assist us in creating an enjoyable and safe environment by:

1. Respecting each other as well as our arena team members

2. Consuming alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner

3. Not displaying indecent or obscene messages on clothing

4. Refraining from fighting, horseplay, excessive taunting or threatening remarks or gestures

5. Not creating a disruption to the progress of the event by behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal

6. Do not throw any objects in the direction of the stage.

7. Not accessing areas without a proper ticket, pass and/or credential or misusing tickets, passes and/or credentials

8. Following instructions from arena team members regarding arena operations and emergency procedures

9. Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow peers, referees or opposing team fans and players

10. Not using offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault
