University of Nebraska-Lincoln Commencement Ceremony

Graduates are to enter through the "Graduates Only" door and report to the check-in area in the lobby on ground level at 8:30 a.m.  

Please arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search upon entry which includes metal-detecting hand wands. Please click here for prohibited items.You will not be allowed to carry any personal items into the ceremony with you.  

At check-in, you will receive a card printed with your name and a number. Do not lose this card. Graduating students are to remain for the entire ceremony, which will conclude by approximately 12:00 noon.  

All families are encouraged to stay for the entire ceremony as well out of respect for all graduates and their families.  

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend and may sit in any non-reserved Arena bowl seats. Tickets are not required for the ceremony. Handicap seating for commencement guests is available on the concourse level in Sections 106, 107, 110, 112, 114, 117 and 118.
