The event includes:
— A brief presentation about the Comprehensive Plan and the upcoming planning process.
— The public unveiling of Lancaster County's new 2050 population projections from the UNO Center for Public Affairs Research.
— Interactive activities to provide input about the community's 2050 vision.

The Lincoln-Lancaster County 2050 Comprehensive Plan embodies Lincoln and Lancaster County's shared vision for the future, out to the year 2050. The theme of the Comprehensive Plan is "Plan Forward," because it will envision a future that not only looks forward in time but also forward in concept with new and innovative ideas to support our growing community.

What is a Comprehensive Plan?
The Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan will establish the community vision and provide a roadmap for achieving that vision over the next 30 years.

Can't Make It To The Event?
A virtual meeting will be available beginning February 7 at planforward2050.com and will include presentation materials and an opportunity to provide input.
