What events might take place at Pinnacle Bank Arena?

Outside of men's and women's Husker basketball games, the Pinnacle Bank Arena will host concerts, family shows, high school and college events and other sporting events.

Where is the ticket office and what are the hours?

The main ticket office is located on the south side of the building with its entrance on R Street. The hours for the main ticket office are Monday - Friday / 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The ticket office will be open Saturdays and Sundays to service events and for the first day of ticket sales, if that is a Saturday.

There will be another ticket office on the main concourse in the north lobby. This ticket office will open on event days only.

Where are guest services and First Aid located?

A guest services station will be located on the main concourse behind section 112.

A First Aid station will be located on the main concourse behind section 111.

How can I find out about accessible service at Pinnacle Bank Arena?

Are cameras allowed for the Pinnacle Bank Arena events?

For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, cameras with professional or detachable lenses are not allowed. Audio and video recording is also not allowed. Point and shoot cameras are generally allowed. Camera policies are subject to change and will vary by event.

How many will Pinnacle Bank Arena seat and how will it be configured?

Containing 470,400 square feet, the new Pinnacle Bank Arena will seat 15,391 fans when configured for Husker Basketball games. It is divided into two bowls (upper and lower) and three levels (100, 200, 300) with Premium Seating Suites and Loge Boxes located between Level 100 and Level 200. There will be 73 concession points of sale and two private Club Lounges, one located on the Main Concourse (Level 100) and one on the Premium Level Concourse. There is seating for the disabled just off the main and upper concourses. There are 115 total wheelchair positions and 115 wheelchair companion seats in the new arena.

I do not have season tickets, but I want to get them when the Huskers move to the new arena. What do I need to do?

Will there be a center scoreboard, and stat boards similar to those at the Bob Devaney Sports Center?

Nebraska will be the first school in the Big Ten Conference to feature an HD (6 mm) center hung video board for its basketball games. There will also be ribbon boards, stat boards, a state of the art sound system and many new fan amenities to enjoy.

Can I bring food or drinks into the arena?

Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic beverages included) may not be brought into the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Can I host a business meeting or special event at Pinnacle Bank Arena?
